Enter the Dragon

My dear friend whom I shall refer to as the Dragon [I have always nicknamed him as such] came into my life around the year 2000.  Dragon is probably the kind of person you’d stereotype into a certain niche. He looks tough and is 80% covered in tats, has some piercings and owns a bike.

He however exemplified the meaning of not judging a book by its cover as though his exterior was badass, Dragon is the kind of person filled with  ideas, of artistry, compassion and of intellect that surpasses most people’s.  Cheerful, objective, optimistic are just some of the many fine qualities he possesses.

Over the years since having first met him, I would temporarily loose contact for various reasons. He was busy, I was busy etc,. though this never really hindered our friendship and there was never a real effort to reconnect once we both would come across each other. Nothing changed, sure we’d hastily try to catch up on each others lives but there was no awkwardness  just an instant reconnection.

I  was shocked

Kai has been a busy bee spamming forwarding me some entertainment in the means of memes and the like.

What’s your bathroom loot?

soap = dove cuke soap

shower gel = dunno the brand it was just a Christmas pressie smells nice and lemony fresh though

facial wash = ice pore cleanser {jap brand can’t even read the characters}

toothbrush = hard bristle because my dentist said so

toothpaste = something i get from my dentist though i also have colgate

shampoo & conditioner = gargantuan pantene bottles my brother sends me also some bottles of coconut suave which i use when i miss the beach

wide tooth comb = i use when i condition my hair

back scrub brush = picked this up in M&S back in 2003 and it’s still pristine

pouffy netty looking scrub = for easy to reach areas

white sugar = i use for exfoliation/ also for waxing

green tea bags = i sometimes bathe with or use for my dry scalp

small bottle of extra v olive oil = super useful {make up remover, conditioner, great for legs after a quickie with the razor}

razor – for that quick fuzz removal

Random thoughts from 25-35 year olds

-I wish Google Maps had an “Avoid Ghetto” routing option.

-More often than not, when someone is telling me a story all I can
think about is that I can’t wait for them to finish so that I can tell
my own story that’s not only better, but also more directly involves
me.

-Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you
realize you’re wrong.

-I don’t understand the purpose of the line, “I don’t need to drink to
have fun.” Great, no one does. But why start a fire with flint and
sticks when they’ve invented the lighter?

-Have you ever been walking down the street and realized that you’re
going in the complete opposite direction of where you are supposed to
be going? But instead of just turning a 180 and walking back in the
direction from which you came, you have to first do something like
check your watch or phone or make a grand arm gesture and mutter to
yourself to ensure that no one in the surrounding area thinks you’re
crazy by randomly switching directions on the sidewalk.

Excessive drinking leads to a downward spiral

in love with this kitchen wine cellar! I’m not a big wine drinker but I’d definitely want to have this in my kitchen.  I hope you’re taking down notes AMV .
